The information we collect

We collect three types of information through our website: personal information, voluntarily given by you when you submit an online application, your personal information required to register for an account on ForisHub and anonymous aggregate information (in the form of server log files) from which an individual cannot be identified.
We will let you have a copy of all personal information that we have about you should you request it. A small administration fee may be charged per request.

How we use your personal information

All the information submitted through our online applications are sent to the selected school or accommodation management. We only use your contact details to communicate with you and to make decisions about the best services for you. We may also inform you of new offers, products, and services which may be of interest to you.

How we do not use your personal information

We will not disclose information obtained from you to third parties unless required to do so by law or any other governmental body. We will never sell your email address or other details without your permission, and all communications from us will contain a clear “unsubscribe” option.

Server Log Files

ForisHub LLC identifies and logs your IP address automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. We use the IP addresses of all visitors to calculate site usage levels and to administer the site. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is carried out automatically by many websites.

ForisHub LLC uses cookies to recognise users who have previously visited our websites, or who have arrived at our web sites from certain sources such as emails and web adverts. SCHOOL

  • Your online application will be emailed directly to your school. It is your responsibility to follow all instructions provided by your school to complete the application process. Applicants are advised to send all questions and correspondence directly to the admissions office of their chosen school to receive the necessary assistance to complete their enrollment.
  • All courses have an application deadline that is determined by your school. You are strongly advised to submit your application at least 8 to 10 weeks prior to the course starting date.
  • In order to complete this application, you will need to enter your credit card information through PayPal. If invalid credit card data is entered, your application will be rejected so please be sure to complete all fields carefully. If you need to use the credit card of a family member or friend, be sure to receive their permission ahead of time and inform them of the date and amount of the transaction to avoid any problems later on.
  • After submitting your online application, schools may request that you pay a tuition deposit and submit additional documents. Schools may also require you to submit forms bearing your signature for security purposes. It is necessary to follow your school’s instructions carefully in order to complete the application process.
  • You may be required to obtain a student visa in order to legally enter the United States and attend your program. When applying online please be sure to answer yes to the question “Will you need an I-20 form for a Student Visa?” You must then submit all the documents required. You are strongly advised to apply to your school far enough in advance to avoid possible delays in receiving your student visa.
  • If you purchased the agent support in case of cancellation, including any cancellation resulting from a denial of your visa application. ForisHub will pay or credit 50% of the Agent Support Fee within 45 days from the date the written notice of requested refund and supporting documents is submitted. Refunds are always returned to the original payer.

ACCOMMODATION

  • Your online application will be emailed directly to your accommodation management. It is your responsibility to follow all instructions provided by your accommodation management to complete the application process. Applicants are advised to send all questions and correspondence directly to the admissions office of their chosen accommodation to receive the necessary assistance to complete their reservation.
  • ForisHub adds $25 Application Fee to guests every time a reservation is booked to cover the cost of running our site and services. We only charge the Application Fee if your reservation request is accepted by the accommodation. If you cancel a reservation you booked as a guest, the Application Fee is NOT refundable.
  • The Application Fee does not guarantee your reservation. If the selected accommodation is not available or sold out an agent will contact you with alternative options. If you are not satisfied by the alternative options or if your reservation is canceled by your accommodation and you choose to be refunded, the full Application Fee will be refunded.
  • In order to complete this application, you will need to enter your credit card information through PayPal. If invalid credit card data is entered, your application will be rejected so please be sure to complete all fields carefully. If you need to use the credit card of a family member or friend, be sure to receive their permission ahead of time and inform them of the date and amount of the transaction to avoid any problems later on.
  • After submitting your online application, the accommodation management may request that you pay a deposit and submit additional documents. The accommodation management may also require you to submit forms bearing your signature for security purposes. It is necessary to follow your accommodation management instructions carefully in order to complete the application process.
  • You may be required to obtain a student visa in order to legally enter the United States.
